Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and techs are 8am-5pm unless you want to stay longer in case of the project you want to finish
We proovide a personal computer station We have Opus scanner and call sign on, Snap-on and Autel, Gm scanners We have all BG flush machines and the newest Snap-on A/C machine that does both of the refrigerants We use a Techmetric management system in the shop that integrates a service writer and techs, and also personal tablets for digital inspections We have an 8 feel shelf of special tools available for the shop use We also share tools if needed to get work done among each other
We have a break room with fridge, microwave and little oven We have coffee, frozen food, snaks, fruits, drinks, and beer that we provide fro employees

We buy lunches once a month and always try to help with anything we can. Our doors are always open as well as we believe communication is the key to a stress-free environment and no drama.
We pay for the passed ASE tests and enroll in as many classes as possible when they are available via our suppliers
If you are motivated - the sky is the limit. You can get everything from a helper that will flag you more hours to becoming a shop's foreman to take charge of it and supervise the crew. If there is a will - there is a way.
We hire with 3 month probation period after which we decide if we are a good fit. Every quarter we do a performance evaluation to see what we are doing good and what we all can improve to reach the desired efficiency. Also, every Monday we have a quick stand-up meeting to see if there is anything we ran into or lack in the shop, if there was anything preventing us from doing our jobs the best, feedbacks both ways are welcomed.

We always work as a team so if the less experienced tech has questions, needs consultation or help, we try to deliver - in the end, it is all our responsibility top tace of the customers. Teamwork and experience sharing, learning, and growing together is our perspective. If an experienced tech wants to take a less experienced one under his wing and become a mentor - we work out a compensation plan to reward a mentor and make it worth his while. Usually he would get all the student's flagged hours

We want everyone to be secure in their positions by providing a stable environment of work. We want to start working on retirement plans for everyone and preferably have a 4.5 day work week so guys can enjoy a long weekend. If everyone is making enough we can even do 4 day week - but we need to all get there as a team. We do not want to get bigger - we want stability for everyone, a good name so customers always come back and everyone comes to work and does not have to deal with problems.

It is usually commission-based compensation by technician's choice because that is how you can make more money. We have enough hours for you to hit up to 120 hours a paycheck. You also have a guarantee of 40 hours so you don't have to worry about having not enough hours.
