Hiring Process
  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    Please fill out an application on our website. The process takes about 5 minutes.

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    A corporate recruiter and or manger will phone screen you prior to schedule an in person meeting.

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    You will be meeting with management and potential colleagues to view the facility and discuss day to day operations.

  • Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

    We preform background and drug screens as pre-employment compliance.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    We preform a behavioral assessment and mechanical aptitude (dependent on the job you are applying to) testing prior to extending an offer.

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    Offers will be extended within a week timeframe. However, we require an acceptable background and drug test prior to starting.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    Dependent on notice needed, we can start an employee once background and drug clears. Timeline can be anywhere from 1 week to a month from applying to starting.

  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    We have large infrared heaters and fans in the bay areas.

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    Depending on which department you are in, you could be working with and along side 6-10 techs.

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Our shop hours are currently Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    All heavy duty tools are accessible to techs (i.e. jacks, lifts, special impact wrenches).

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    We have 3 air conditioned break rooms with their own refrigerator, microwave, filtered water dispenser, ice machine, coffee maker, and plenty of tables with seating. There are soda and snack vending machines in each building.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Tech writes up a parts list for the service estimator, back parts counter orders parts, tech picks up parts from the back parts counter.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    -

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We encourage continuous education and offer reimbursement for certifications attained.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We have built out a structured Tech Roadmap that outlines growth potential

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    Quarterly performance reviews are given to all employees.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We hold monthly safety meetings with a a large range of topics.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We have a structured Mentorship program in place.

    Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000/year

    Journeyman

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $54,000 - $60,000/year

    Tech 1

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $54,000/year
