  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

We have both a manual and online application process, both of which can be completed in approximately 5 to 10 minutes

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

Our primary focus during the in-person interview is to determine your fit within our organization. We have a formulized process that we employ with every applicant, which gives us a solid understanding of who you are, what your goals are and what you enjoy. It is a templated process, however it is tailored to be loose and comfortable, no one enjoys being interrogated. Our process will both assists us in the evaluation and hiring decision, and it will provide you with a sense of comfort and understanding of your potential future at Wilson Equipment.

You will first meet informally with the Manager, then have an opportunity to "talk shop" with one of our Advanced Technicians, followed by a quick follow-up with the Manager. Although we employ a very professional attitude toward the interview process, we are diligent in keeping things light and informal throughout.

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

Typically you will be notified with 7 to 8 business days.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
