We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
We conduct a background check and a drug screening prior to offer.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
Shop is air conditioned, spacious and well ventilated.

M-S Two Shifts 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
All Toyota factory tools including lap tops and diagnostic software. Technicians are expected to have their own tools and tool box.

We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.

Flat Rate Master Toyota Diagnostic Technician. All 8 ASE's L1 with 5 years Toyota experience. Yearly Bonus paid on previous year's production.
Flat Rate Expert Level Toyota Tech with Majority of ASE's Yearly Bonus paid on previous year's production.
Flat Rate Some Toyota certifications and ASE's and working to finish the rest. Yearly Bonus paid on previous year's production.
Hourly Entry level technician performs L.O. F.'s and some minor maintenance.
Pay plan based on dept. sales and customer survey results. Yearly bonus paid on previous year's production.
