Urban Autocare is a culmination of best auto repair business practices, design elements and award winning customer care. From the look and the smell, to the cleanliness and attention to detail, our facility blends the positive attributes of a high-end dealership in a smaller, more personal setting. We were proud to receive the 2018 BBB Torch Award for exemplary business ethics, which added credibility to our unique, high-integrity approach to business. In 2014 we acquired Autotailor, serving the Uptown and City Park West neighborhoods. Owner Brian Sump and his talented team ushered in a new brand with a fresh new look and did so while retaining the key elements that Autotailor customers loved most. The team acquired Sundance Automotive in Lakewood in 2019, again making improvements and re-branding to serve the Applewood community. In 2020, Urban Autocare acquired South Kipling Automotive in Littleton which enabled us to extend our reach in the southwest Denver-Metro area. In 2021 we acquired our fourth general repair shop location in south Denver, formerly called Comprehensive Car Care. Brian and his team have an outstanding track record in the car service industry, starting with Avalon Motorsports, a German import specialty repair and service shop in Denver that has been named among the Top 10 in America. WHAT MAKES OUR SHOP DIFFERENT? - Mechanics & Technicians who are ASE certified, and Master level – the best of the best! - Warranty up to 4 times longer than the dealership; 4 YEARS / 40,000 MILES - Transportation assistance during service with free Lyft rids - Digital vehicle inspections and a modern, cloud-based point-of-sale - A personal touch where the needs of our clients come before our own In addition to providing $10,000-$20,000 per year worth of no charge automotive services to non-profits, Urban Autocare also utilizes environmentally friendly practices, including going paperless and using waste recycling programs.
