    We supply all OEM specialty tooling and any large shop equipment.

    Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,400/year ($25.00 - $30.00/hr)

    Pay is based on location and applicant certification level. We also have efficiency bonus options. There are hourly and flat rate options available at most locations.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $41,600 - $52,000/year ($20.00 - $25.00/hr)
    ($20.00 - $25.00/hr)

    Pay is based on location and applicant certification level. We also have efficiency bonus options. There are hourly and flat rate options available at most locations.

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $16 - $18/hour

    Pay is based on location and applicant certification level. We also have efficiency bonus options. There are hourly and flat rate options available at most locations. We have a certified Department of Labor apprenticeship program once hired.

Health Insurance Not Offered All regular, Full-Time employees are eligible to participate in the McCoy Group Health Insurance Plan which includes Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance coverage. Salaried employees and dependents become eligible for health care coverage on their first day of employment. Hourly employees become eligible for the Bridge plan immediately for health insurance and eligible for the standard health care plan after ninety (90) days of continuous employment.

Retirement Plan Not Offered The Company has established a retirement plan to supplement your income upon retirement. Participation is available to full- and part-time employees upon meeting eligibility. New eligible employees are auto-enrolled in the Company 401(k) plan and all employees may opt-out of plan at any time. In addition to retirement benefits, the plan may provide benefits in the event of your death or disability or in the event of termination of employment prior to normal retirement.
Sick Leave Not Offered "Paid Time Off (PTO) is a benefit we offer to be used for vacation, personal days, and sick days. Different than a traditional time off program that specifies uses for Vacation, Personal Days or Sick Days, a PTO plan allows the employee to manage and use their paid time off for whatever reason they choose. New full-time hires and current part-time employees transitioning to full-time are eligible for PTO after 90 days of full-time employment. Full-time employees shall be regarded as those who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty (30) hours weekly. Only full-time employees are considered benefit-eligible and receive a full benefit package. Part-time employees are those who regularly work less than thirty (30) hours per week."

ST / LT Disability Not Offered The Company offers a benefit for temporary, Short-Term Disability (“STD”). All full-time employees are eligible for temporary, STD benefits after 90 days of employment. This benefit pays up to a maximum of 13 weeks while a covered employee is off due to illness or injury and employees are responsible for a weekly employee contribution for this temporary STD coverage. Long-Term Disability (“LTD”) is also offered to Full-Time employees at no additional cost. Eligibility for coverage under this benefit is met after three (3) years of continuous, full-time employment, and enrollment is automatic. This benefit protects an employee from loss of income if they have been disabled for six (6) months or more.
Life Insurance Not Offered All full-time employees are covered by our group life/accident insurance policy. Coverage becomes effective after the employee has completed ninety (90) days of continuous employment.
Uniforms Not Offered Uniforms are provided at no cost.
Other Not Offered Funeral Leave Pay and Jury Pay are available. We also offer assistance for those employees who are required to purchase prescription safety glasses and safety shoes. Each tech is given a laptop for work purposes.
