ST / LT Disability | Offered | The Company offers a benefit for temporary, Short-Term Disability (“STD”). All full-time employees are eligible for temporary, STD benefits after 90 days of employment. This benefit pays up to a maximum of 13 weeks while a covered employee is off due to illness or injury and employees are responsible for a weekly employee contribution for this temporary STD coverage. Long-Term Disability (“LTD”) is also offered to Full-Time employees at no additional cost. Eligibility for coverage under this benefit is met after three (3) years of continuous, full-time employment, and enrollment is automatic. This benefit protects an employee from loss of income if they have been disabled for six (6) months or more. |
Life Insurance | Offered | All full-time employees are covered by our group life/accident insurance policy. Coverage becomes effective after the employee has completed ninety (90) days of continuous employment. |
