We do not allow side work. However, if vehicle is owned by an employee or a family member of an employee, we offer 10% over cost on parts and half of warranty labor rate.

Master or MDT level technician. Since you are (or about to be) a Toyota Master or Toyota MDT, we understand and respect the personal commitment that it takes to reach this point in your career. We reward our Master & MDT technicians accordingly. Team Leader override/bonus along with a progressive flat rate compensation plan. Flat rate is dependent on years of experience and ASE level (current or expired).
Expert level Toyota / Lexus technician (or soon will be) . Performing brake & suspension work, fuel services, light diagnosis and repairs, More Toyota training would happen at this level. We facilitate the additional Toyota Technical training needed to help you reach your career goals. Progressive flat rate compensation plan. Flat rate is dependent on years of experience and/or ASE level (current or expired).
Toyota Maintenance Certified or Toyota Certified Technician level (or soon will be) this position allows for training time, ie: how to do a proper brake job, etc. there are plenty of opportunities to make money. We offer both hourly and Flat Rate commission positions within our Express department. We work with 3 person teams and train on the Toyota way to do a complete express service, quickly and efficiently while still looking to the future and helping you become the Master Tech you want to be.
