Shop hours are 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday and 7am to 3pm on Saturday. Techs are scheduled 7:30am to 6pm, and every other Saturday off. When techs work Saturday they have a day off during the week, so its always a 5 day week.
Toyota supplies us with Essential tools for certain repairs and recalls.
There is a tech break room with TV, coffee and snack machines.

Side work is not allowed. Personal and Family vehicles can be worked on with manager approval.
The biggest feature is the appt. scheduler. As a tech, you have control over how your day is scheduled. You can also see whats scheduled tomorrow and further out.
We have a training plan for everyone from valets to techs. Techs are set up on a plan to attain ASE certs and all Toyota Training in order to reach the highest plateau available.
There are multiple avenues for growth into management and leadership positions.
We do One on Ones each month with all the staff.

We currently have 2 master techs who are mentors to our up and coming techs.
We are active in the community. We have a social media director who is heavily involved with schools etc.

We are very innovative in our approach to customer service. From our Kiosk check in, our shop loading abilities and being able to offer True appts to customers, this is going to allow us to grow over 25% over the next 5 years based on our current plan.

We do not perform skill assessments at this time. We are looking for people who have the attitude and desire to succeed. We can't train or teach those who do not strive to learn. We can train everything else.

Technicians are incentivized based on certifications and number of hours flagged. A master tech can make up to $5 an hour more than their current flag hour if they hit certain credentials.
