Most days, there is a crew of 6.
Our shop is open ever day (including weekends) from 7am - 6 pm. Shifts will be from 6am-4pm / 8am-6pm / etc.
Autotek provides high level scan tools, specialty equipment, welders, AC machines, heavy equipment, etc.
We have an open break room with a refrigerator, freezer, soda machine, table, chairs, etc. We supply snacks, coffee, and soda.

No side work - we want to pay you well enough so you aren’t distracted.
We have Automotive Engineers on staff, in addition to those with degrees in physics and math. Also, we service very eclectic models: daily drivers, classics, exotics, luxury, etc. Ford to Ferrari, are ALL in our bays.
We offer any and all skills training and continuing education wanted by the employee. We will support ASE certifications, further auto-related training, etc.
We encourage techs to grow with us in their career. We encourage training to Master Tech, if not already, along with training for advisors, managers, shop owners, and those with a desire to manage/own facilities.
A standard performance review is provided at 90 days of employment. Staff can ask for a review at ANY point and we will do so the same week. We encourage feedback in both directions.
Standard OSHA and ASE expected safety protocols.
Younger/learning techs are in the shop under master techs for instruction. These younger/learning techs are paid hourly as to not impinge on the flat rate master tech.
We are involved in the community by providing support to local schools, donating a vehicle annually to someone in need, and supporting local car clubs and shows.
The owner of Autotek sits on the Advisory Board to the Cherry Creek School District Cherry Creek Innovation Vocational Training Campus. We work directly with the high school by supporting its technical programs, along with OE manufacturers, to provide a streamlined career path for potential young techs.
We hope to add at least 5-10 others to our network. We are GROWING!
We want you to flourish! We will support you being a $100K/year tech, being a manager, or even owning your own shop!
We have a standard, 2 page paper application that takes roughly 10-15 minutes to compete.
We prefer interviewing in-person, but are happy to perform a phone interview if needed, especially if the candidate is traveling.
The interview will take about 30-60 minutes, and review candidate knowledge, desires, growth, and teamwork ability. All managers are involved in the interview and onboarding process.
Yes, we perform a standard background check. We may or may not perform a drug test in cooperation with Colorado Law (marijuana isn’t screened).
We perform a (1) day, paid, working skill interview.
We will report back with a decision within 48 hours.

We are flexible. The shop is open 7 days a week, and we try to work with each team member's schedule. We like to keep an amicable environment with our great team!
Flat rate, $25-$40/hour A Technicians are expected to perform more advanced inspection, testing and service procedures with no assistance on all applications and are compensated for that skill level.
Flat rate, $20-$35/hour B Technicians are expected to perform service and repair procedures with little to no assistance on most applications and are compensated for that skill level.
