Technicians are expected to supply their own heavy duty tools. Work is done on-site. The ideal candidate will be an experienced diagnostician and high level mechanic. Not 24/7 on call! Monday - Friday 6am-6pm (staggered 8 to 10 hour shifts) Everyone will have a 3 day weekend when completing a 10 hour shift
We provide everything 3/4 inch to 1 inch and all speciality tools needed to complete the job. Technicians are required to provide own basic set of tools. Junior technicians are provided with basic tool set. Junior technicians have KUV with oil tanks Other technicians are provided a van with no tanks

We offer classes such as DOT training. We encourage employees to be ASE Certified once completed technicians will receive raise for both gas and diesel certifications.
We have three technician levels: Junior, General technician, and Senior technician. We also have service writer roles. We provide Opportunities to move up as a technician or into other roles as opportunities present themselves.
Yes employees complete a 90 day review from hiring date and then annually to follow.

Junior technicians will spend 1-2 weeks upon hire with senior technicians to learn processes and skills.

We work with two different trade schools within our community for collaboration to find great students to become technicians.
