We are a quickly growing mobile fleet company looking to add an experienced heavy duty Technicians to our team. We provide our technicians with an outfitted service truck. Technicians are expected to supply their own heavy duty tools. Work is done on-site. The ideal candidate will be an experienced diagnostician and high level mechanic. We are a commercial fleet company that services class 5 to 8 primarily. We offer amazing benefits and competitive pay that is based on knowledge and experience. We are also Monday - Friday which is unique for this field and a great incentive! What we service: Tractors and trailers Buses Box trucks Medium and light duty trucks Forklifts All makes and models of diesel motors Lift gates Air Suspension Brakes Diesel/ DEF/ DPF Requirements: -A valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record -Heavy duty mechanical experience -Ability to pass a pre-employment background check -Knowledge of scan tools and computer diagnostics -Must be able to lift heavy equipment and parts up to 50 pounds Preferred qualifications: -Experience performing BIT & DOT inspections -Experience in mobile fleet or roadside services -Technical certifications and ASE As we are rapidly growing, we are hoping to onboard qualified candidates as quickly as possible! Shop has large swamp coolers. Technicians will spend most of time on the road performaning mobile repairs

Not 24/7 on call! Monday - Friday 6am-6pm (staggered 8 to 10 hour shifts) Everyone will have a 3 day weekend when completing a 10 hour shift
We provide everything 3/4 inch to 1 inch and all speciality tools needed to complete the job. Technicians are required to provide own basic set of tools. Junior technicians are provided with basic tool set. Junior technicians have KUV with oil tanks Other technicians are provided a van with no tanks
Our break room includes cold water and have water machines, coffee, snacks, table, microwave, and fridge.

We have a very independent work environment, you will not be under pressure, we try to keep it laid back with the understanding work still needs to be done as well. We evenly distribute work based on skill levels
We offer classes such as DOT training. We encourage employees to be ASE Certified once completed technicians will receive raise for both gas and diesel certifications.
We have three technician levels: Junior, General technician, and Senior technician. We also have service writer roles. We provide Opportunities to move up as a technician or into other roles as opportunities present themselves.
Yes employees complete a 90 day review from hiring date and then annually to follow.
Yes, safety and environmental trainings are required to be completed.
Junior technicians will spend 1-2 weeks upon hire with senior technicians to learn processes and skills.
Belong to a lot of different organizations within the community such as transportation and fleet as well as HR organizations.
We work with two different trade schools within our community for collaboration to find great students to become technicians.
Within next 2 years we want to add 10 technicians, we want to expand our business to multiple cities and we will need experienced technicians to join our to to meet these goals!

Yes we do phone screen our applicants where we discuss basic questions to see if they are a good fit for our company. Phone screens usually take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Technicians will meet with VP of Business Operations, CEO, and Senior Technician. Service writers will meet with VP of Business Operations, Senior Technician. We try to keep in-person interviews 30 minutes to an hour and they Include a tour of facility, and show work vechiles.
