M - F 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shifts: 8:00 - 5:00 PM S 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift 8:00 - 4:00 rotation.
We provide all Lexus MFG specific tools including computers and diagnostic software. Technicians are expected to have their own tools and box.
Break room is heated and air conditioned with fridge, microwave, TV, foosball table, darts.

Last Saturday of each month we have catered lunch. BBQ picnic annually.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
