Port Lavaca Ford is owned by the Keating Automotive group which now has over 28 stores is Texas. We are a small store that is BIG on customer service. We treat everyone like family. We have a strong, loyal customer base. We are Customer pay driven. We do 2 and 1/2 time more CP than warranty. We are close to some World Class Fishing, Matagorda, Port Lavaca, Seadrift, Port O'Conner, Rockport, Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, Corpus Christy. Also, great Bird and deer hunting is close.

We have heaters and fans. We are close to the bays so we always have a breeze.
We have 8 total techs, 2 advisors, 2 porters. 3 Parts personell.
We are open from 8am-6pm and Saturday from 8am-1pm (Saturdays are a rotating shift, 1 every 6 weeks.
We have All the Special tools you need, if not we will get them. New apprentices amy be eligible for a set of tools.
We have an air-conditioned break room with microwaves, toaster oven and refrigerator.

We use Ford SMARTT, make requests through CDK mostly but the Parts department is very close.
We do no allow side work unless it's your vehicle or your family.
We have a great team that works very well with each other. We have a working shop foreman that is eager to help. We do a lot of laughing here, it's laid back and low stress. No Drama
We have an apprentice program which is hands on training, computer classes with Ford STARS, the onto Ford classroom before getting certified.
Certified tech, earning great wages. Moving up to an Advisor and eventually training to be a service manager if that is where you intend to be.
