We have improved the design and have a big azz fan in the shop in addition to work bay fans. Shop has great ventilation and stays cool.
We have about 20 technicians and our team is like family
Service hours are Mon-Fri 7-6 and Sat 7-4. Techs either work Mon-Fri 7-4 or 8-5 with a rotating saturday schedule. Techs can also elect to work every Saturday and take off every monday if preferred.
We have all the speciality Ford tools, newer Alignment Rack, Mobile Lift for Heavy Duty repairs, etc...

We have a large stock of parts ($600,000 in inventory). We attempt to locate and pick up if having the part will get the job done quicker.
Our policy is with management review can work on your and your immediate families vehicles in the shop.
We offer paid Facotry Training.
We offer many entry level positions where an employee can complete training on the job and be promoted in the company. Our Peer Mentor program takes someone with good work ethics and desire to move up and helps guide them through the process to become a skilled technician.
We analyze performance on a monthly basis. We will meet with the staff member and their leader and set objects discuss performance and plans.
Shop Safety training is required and in some cases Hazmat.
We have our highest skilled techs in leadership roles. Two of our Senior Master Techs are assisting the training and helping in the shop on the job with our techs that are still learning the business.
We sponsor many events in Palm Coast and the surrounding areas.
We are active with Seminole State (Ford Asset), Daytona State and J-Tech Institute.
