We have a completely climate controlled shop, A/C and Heat!
Our service team consists of 3 express technicians, 2 tech apprentices, 3 service advisors, and 6 Master technicians.
Our service department is open from 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 8:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays. Every Mechanical Repair Technician works 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F, and works every 4th Saturday. Express Technicians shifts are 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9:00am-6:00pm - Monday-Friday (each express tech gets a full day off during the week, and all express techs work 8:00am-3:00pm on Saturday.
We provide all technicians their tool boxes AND Roll around carts! No technician has to worry about buying a tool box or cart. We provide all diagnostic tools including the manufacturers diagnostic tools, AND the Snap-On ZEUS diagnostic tool for non Chrysler vehicles. We also provide each technician with there own computer work station and phone.
Our employee lounge includes a TV, refrigerator, Microwave and Complimentary coffee and bottled water.
13 bays with lifts, and 4 flat bays
800-1000 repair orders per month.
Everything we do is electronic, starting with the multipoint inspection. When the MPI is completed, the tech sends it to the parts department who gives the parts quote. Parts sends it to the Advisor who sends it to the customer. once the customer authorizes the repairs, it automatically gets sent to the parts department to order the parts.
Technicians can work on side jobs at our facility, however they must have a repair order written on the car, and that customer with get the employee discounted rate for the technicians time. This encourages techs to bring in side jobs and still get the person a really discounted rate!
We provide on site training along with manufacturer training for all of our employees. Along with this training we also work with Strayer University to provide college education at no charge to our employees.
We have a dedicated path for all employees to grow into our business at different levels. Our goal for all of our employees is to grow in our business at the level they want to achieve and provide a known path to get there.
For most employees we perform a performance review at the end of every week when a person is first hired, and moving toward once a month as the employee gets more comfortable in the role. We identify the employees goals, and develop a path for that employee to get to that goal
We work with KPA who provides online and in person safety training.
Part of our technician development plan is moving entry level technicians under our master techs as a technician apprentice. This allows the new technician to grow into the technician role and learn, not only by completing the online and in person manufacturer training, but to learn hands on in real world scenarios.
We work with multiple fundraisers and community functions like parades and festivals ect.
We work with multiple schools and programs to offer students who might be interested in this profession a path for success.
Within the next 5 years we plan on adding another shop to our existing shop to continue to grow our operations, and give more opportunities for our employees!

We conduct both phone screens and in person interviews. Whichever works better for the applicant.
We typically go over work history and the applicants goals. This is the opportunity for the applicant to interview us as well us for us to get to know the applicant.
We do perform background checks, drug screening, and a short cognitive skills assessment before hiring.
We do have the applicant perform a skills assessment before hiring. This assessment lasts 15 minutes asking the applicant different questions in a broad range of subjects It is similar to the ASVAB test.
Normally you will hear from us within 24 - 48 hours of the interview on whether or not we will be moving forward with employment.
Typically it only takes 3-5 days, and sometimes within 24 hours. (the time frame really depends on the applicants ability to get the reference check filled out, and the drug test completed)
Lube Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance on our customers vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, alignments etc. You are paid an hourly rate where the more training you do, the more you will be compensated. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will move into the technician apprentice program to start your next step in becoming a Master Technician.
Service Advisors are responsible for conducting themselves as the 'face' of the company. To provide exceptional customer service and to provide detailed estimates for our customers to make an educated decision on making repairs or maintenance to their vehicles.
As a technician apprentice you will be working under one of our master techs gaining hands on knowledge of mechanical repair and diagnostics. You will also be enrolled in Chryslers Performance Institute, where we send you to get training in a classroom setting. (paid for by our dealership) As you gain knowledge, experience, and training, you will be on your way to becoming a Master Technician.
There are 3 levels of training for each of the 7 different categories that Chrysler Offers technicians. (Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Manual Drivetrain Repair/ Suspension/ Electrical/ HVAC/ Diesel.) Level 1 technician is the first step of being a mechanical repair technician who is not under the apprentice program. You are on your own performing basic diagnostic and repairs to our customers vehicles. Level 1 technicians are on the entry level side of the pay scale starting at $20.00 per flag hour+. (plus monthly Bonus') ----PAY LEVELS----- For every level 2 achieved in each of the categories you receive $1.00 per flag hour raise. For Every Level 3 achieved in each of the categories you receive $1.50 per flag hour raise. Once you achieve level 3 in all categories you get an additional $2.00 raise. (Maximum Hourly Rate $42.00 per flag hour)

Level 2 technicians are at the mid range of the pay scale - ranging from $32.00 per flag hour +(plus monthly Bonus') ----PAY LEVELS----- For every level 2 achieved in each of the categories you receive $1.00 per flag hour raise. For Every Level 3 achieved in each of the categories you receive $1.50 per flag hour raise. Once you achieve level 3 in all categories you get an additional $2.00 raise. (Maximum Hourly Rate $42.00 per flag hour)
