The shop is heated during colder months and kept comfortable in warmer months. The main parts room and offices are air conditioned.
There are 2-3 techs in the paint shop and 5-6 techs in the main shop.
Shop hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We have techs on-call 24/7 to be available when needed. This is structured as a rotating shift, where a tech will be on-call one week at a time.
Shop tools provided, along with 4 mobile service trucks completely tooled.
Our break rooms is comfortable with a table, chairs, full-sized refrigerator; sink, microwave, and clean drinking water readily available. There is also a picnic table outside with a grill.
There are 6 bays in the main shop; 2 bays plus a 50 ft. paint booth in the paint shop; and 2 bays in the install shop.

Techs will complete a work order, called a "green sheet," and the parts manager will process this.
Must be approved by management on a case-by-case basis.
We have a great team that works closely together! People skills will go a long way in our shop as we always try to support each other.
We offer hands-on skill training for techs. Additionally, we hope to offer hydraulics training.
We are always trying to help techs grow in their career with us. Some staff have been with us over 25 years! We pride ourselves on building customer relationships and helping our business grow.
There is an annual performance review process where we discuss the employee's work, along with their training and growth over the past year.
There are weekly safety meetings that review safety procedures and protocols. Other training is provided as needed.
As we grow our staff, we hope to have seasoned techs mentor newer techs to help them grow in their career.
We always try to be involved in our community, especially with events related to agriculture, such as county fairs, FFA, etc.
We have had relationships with schools in the past, and would be open to working with them in the future to help students enter the field.
We hope to be growing! Our goal is to continue hiring capable staff to provide great service to our community and keep our business growing.
We have a paper application form with basic questions (job history, references, etc.) that takes only a few minutes to complete.
We prefer in-person interviews whenever possible.
The interview will allow us to get to know a candidate, including their personality, work history, etc. We will also show the candidate around the building and property.
We conduct pre-employment and random drug screenings.
There is no formal skill assessment, but we try to learn the candidate's skill level during the interview.
