  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    Heated and well ventilated in the summer.

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    8 Technicians ranging from lube to master. 3 service advisors, and a support staff of 5 valets

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Shop Hours 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday thru Friday, 8AM-3PM Saturday, Closed Sunday Shift hours 7:30AM-4:30PM and 8AM-5PM Monday thru Friday, 8AM-3PM Saturday Rotating Saturdays normally one a month.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    All Nissan specialty tools, Computer provided. New tire machine and balancer (2021)

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Full break room with kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator and freezer

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    9 Bays and New Alignment rack (2021)

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    400+

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Common parts brakes, tires, etc. stocked, special order parts are overnighted from Nissan

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Side work on personal vehicles is allowed for technicians and their family

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    Great atmosphere, team and goal oriented

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We offer the Matrix program for our on boarding technicians and offer continued on site education.

    The training and career path we offer, Master tech, Management level, we promote from within

    Reviews are done at 90 days and every year with compensation based on performance

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We use KPA for all of our safety training which is done in person and online.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    Our Seasoned Techs are always mentoring and teaching our younger technicians, young techs work with the seasoned techs on bigger complex jobs to learn on-site.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    Various events throughout the year.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We work with all local tech schools.

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    Major growth and development of the shop and all employees.

  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    We have a paper app, and a online app through the website. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    Yes, sometimes we do ask questions over the phone before the in person interview.

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    The candidate will go to the dealership, and meet with the Service Manager and or Manager for that position.

    We do background checks

    No we do not
