  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    We require a completed application, completion time 10-15 min.

  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    we offer an air conditioned/heated shop

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    we have a team of 20 Technicians

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    The shop hours are 7:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday Our shop is split with an early 7:00AM-5:00 PM shift and late 8:00 AM-6:00 PM shift. The shop divided into two groups that alternate Saturdays

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    The shop provides all specialty tools, to include scanners for all makes and models.

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Break room consist of tables, chairs, TV, kitchen facilities, and refrigerator

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    shop has 24 bays each with it's own computer, oil, and phone

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    Average repair order count 3,200

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Parts are ordered thru our multipoint inspection process (MPI) and delivered by the parts department

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Technicians are allowed to work family vehicles after there shift with an open repair order on the vehicle

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    Shop features all in ground lefts and large work areas with built in benches and space for personal tool box.

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    yes

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We offer training and growth oppurtunities from entry to Master levels

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    we perform annual performance reviews that consist of a one interview to review flag hour performance, training level, and use of the MPI process. as well as goal setting.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We provide quarterly safety training and accident review to include proper lift use, PPE equipment, tools use, and proper housekeeping.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We have three senior Tech's that mentor our younger entry level Tech's as well as anyone that requires assistance completing a repair.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    we work our local tech school to recruit

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    double in size

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/year

    We offer a sign on bonus based on qualifications and training. We offer a referral bonus.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year

    We support training with pay increases based on certification level, ASE test completed, and Toyota training completed.

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $40,000 - $60,000/year

    We support training with pay increases based on certification level, ASE test completed, and Toyota training completed. We offer a career path with pay increases to support growth.

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $40,000/year

    This is an entry level position. From this position the growth process begins to include Toyota and ASE training.
