Shop is heated and air-conditioned.
Technician teams are typically consist of 4-5 technicians.
Shop hours are 7am to 8pm. Shift timeframes vary for each employee based on scheduling and availability. Most technicians work four or five day work weeks.
Technical tools are provided. Additional tools can be brought in by employee. Additional tools can also be purchased.
Breakrooms with dining tables, microwaves and refrigerators are available for all employees to use.

Many parts are stored on sight. Special order parts can be ordered through the parts department.
No side work is permitted.
Skills training courses are offered to technicians. Training is also paid for most positions. On-site training and online digital training programs are available. Educational reimbursement program is also offered for technicians.
Our company offers a digital pathing tool program for employees to utilize. We believe in promoting from within.
Technician performance is continually monitored by management. Semi-annual performance reviews are summited for each tech by Service Manager.
Virtual safety training is offered.
Many technicians start as apprentices. This means that they will be paired with a more experienced technician whom they will work alongside to learn and grow and advance their skills. The master tech and the apprentice tech will work together daily to ensure quality work and learning is being completed.

Yes, we provide an electronic application form. The application form takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Once the application is completed the potential employee will then complete a Caliper Assessment which takes 15-20 minutes.
No, in most cases, the employee is invited in for an in-person interview.
In-person interviews typically occur at our dealership where the potential hire will sit down with multiple management personnel. Typically the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager and/or the Fixed Operations Director is present for in-person interviews. A few basic questions are asked, including what the potential hire is looking for in the job, what hours and days he or she can work, and what he or she values in a job.
Yes. Background checks as well as drug screening and personality tests are required for each employee prior to hiring.
We preform a Caliper assessment on all new hires. This is a form of a personality test that allows us to learn more about the employees personality, work style, interests and more. This assessment also records problem solving skills and the employees ability to work with a team.
