The shop is heated during the winter and comfortable in summer as we open the bay doors.
There are currently 4 people at this location and we are looking to expand.
Our shop hours are 24/7. There are 3 shifts, and we need people for each.
We provide diagnostic equipment and major tools/equipment for all techs to use.

There are 3 full pull through bays and one service pit.

Shop manager takes care of parts ordering. $250,000 to $1,000,000 worth of parts on hand. Certified Volvo repair shops.
Side work permitted as long as it is done on a technician's own time and does not interfere with company work.
We offer techs the ability to get Volvo certified. We also have other vendors come in and do training on a regular schedule. Company will pay for tech to get CDL.
We always look to promote from within when possible. Technicians can grow into lead roles if interested in management. We are proud that most of our management has come from internal promotion.
Annual performance reviews are conducted by managers.

Seasoned technicians look forward to working with newer technicians! Our seasoned techs are dedicated to our company and want to ensure we have a strong team. New techs will be taught and mentored whenever possible.
We support local schools and always try to give back to our community.
We work with several schools, including the UNOH diesel mechanic program. We are always looking to increase collaboration with schools and bring on students!
We hope to be in a new building with more space and new equipment. Additionally, we hope to be hiring more team members as we grow.
We look to foster our relationship with the community and will take a look at anyone who is interested regardless of experience.

We conduct a phone screening before the in-person interview.
The in-person interview takes about 20-30 minutes and will be a chance to better understand the candidate's experience, leadership level, ability to work independently and with a team, along with their interpersonal skills.
We conduct background checks and drug screening.
We will verbally gauge candidate skills during the interview, along with seeing which certifications they hold.
Normally by the end of the following day.
