Shop is heated by in-floor heat, but is not Air Conditioned.
There are 22 people in the shop. That includes parts, mechanics, service writer and floor leads.
The Truck shop is open from 5 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some team members work 5 am to 4 pm and others work 6 am to 5 pm. Saturday hours are from 5 am to 10 am. Techs typically work approximately 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.

Technicians drop off a parts request form and Parts Coordinators work with vendors to order the parts.

We are Ford and Navistar certified so we have online access to training materials for all OEM. We spend an average of $5,000 per employee per year on training and development programs.
Technicians have the ability to promote within their current role or take a non-technician path if they are deemed the best candidate for the role.
Reviews are done 6 months after hire date and on an annual basis. However, we like to review performance everyday for continued development.
In-house safety training twice a year. Daily stretch and flex, and tailgate talk every morning and after lunch.
