We also have a second forced-air furnace that provides immediate make-up heat when Shop doors open and close during winter. Summer months are mild and we work with the doors up from May-September. Ceiling fans through out make things comfortable when temperates get into the 80's. Most summer days are 70 and sunny!

We collaborate extensively. Bays, although spacious, are close enough that we can easily ask for help or offer assistance to team members who need it. Our Production Quality manager is available at all times to answer questions and to help confirm diagnosis and repair recommendations.
