Fully functional experienced parts team with parts counter attached to the shop for convenient access. Parts will be ordered and received as soon as possible.
Anyone who works hard Monday through Friday in our shop should not need a side job. Techs are permitted to use our shop and tools to repair personal vehicles as long as there is an open repair order on the vehicle.
We have in-ground and above-ground lifts. Our Shop Foreman is a 10-year Senior Master Technician and is at the disposal of all techs as needed. 4-Year Old Facility.

We have a formal plan of training & advancement for anyone seeking a career as a technician. Senior Master Certification is the goal for every tech and pay plans are designed to reward that.

We have a 3rd party company who ensures the OSHA required training and maintenance of training for all technicians.
We have a formal tech mentor program for asset students and other less-experienced techs.
Long-Lewis is well known in all market areas as a huge supporter of local non-profits. We have a 501(c)3 charitable Foundation that manages the dealerships' giving. The Long-Lewis Foundation has donated millions to causes that support their missions. We have an Employee Volunteerism program that encourages employees to volunteer their time to non-profits in the local communities. Cash is awarded to the Top Volunteers each year.
We have a formal plan of training & advancement for High School students seeking a career as a technician. We participate in multiple vocational school career fairs each year and work closely with our local community college automotive repair instructors.
As mentioned, we currently have a Heavy Truck shop facility under construction. We look forward to building up the customer base to ensure the techs in that facility never have an empty bay.
