M - S 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Line Techs: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-S with alternating weekends. Lube Techs: 4 10 hr. shifts per week.
All Subaru MFG. specific tools including laptop and diagnostic software. Technicians are expected to have their own hand tools and tool box.
Clean and comfortable break room with fridge, microwave and sink.

Parts requests submitted electronically to Parts Dept. Advisor provides estimate and brings parts to technician.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
We are a very family oriented team and work in a DRAMA - FREE shop.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
