All Nissan manufacturer specific tools including lap tops and diagnostic software is provided. Technicians are expected to have their own tools and box. Lube techs have some shop tools at their disposal.

P&A requests are taken to back parts counter.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
Our shop has a great family spirit and we are driven to give our tech proper training and support. We are a DRAMA - FREE shop.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

Flat Rate Nissan Certified Technician working towards Master Certification Sign On Bonus may be negotiable at Service Manager's discretion.
Flat Rate Experienced Technician working towards Nissan Certifications.
Hourly Entry Level Technician able to perform L.O.F. and minor maintenance. After 90 days, if technician meets criteria, he/she will be moved to C level and put on Flat Rate.
