We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
We conduct a background check and a drug screening prior to offer.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

Techs work 4 ten hour shifts 7am - 6pm with an hour lunch. 3 day weekends!!
All Mopar specialty tools and scanners/laptops/computers are provided. Techs are required to have their own boxes and necessary tools.
Comfortable heated and air-conditioned break room with microwave and refridgerator.
Tech enter parts requisitions via the computer and pick up at counter in shop.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
We have a small town family feel in our shop and work together! Primadonnas are discouraged!
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.
