Shop is heated and well ventilated. Eureka has a very mild climate.
1 Team Leader/ Shop Foreman 8 Service Techs 4 Lube Techs 2 Service advisors 1 lube advisor.
M - S 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 1/2 hour lunch break.
All FCA mfg specialty tools including computers and diagnostic software. Techs are expected to have their own hand tools and box.
Climate controlled lunch room with sink, fridge, microwave and tv.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
