    The shop is one big team with 4 team leaders

    Shop hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm Saturdays. Shifts are 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    Tech Streams (diagnostic laptop), Battery Tester/Chargers, Fog Machine, Go Jacks, Pico Scope, On and Off Car Brake Lathes, Hydraulic Presses, AC Charging Stations, All Lexus Special Tools

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    3 big, clean break rooms. 1 in the back of the shop and 1 on the second floor inside the showroom and 1 on the 3rd floor outside with lounge chairs and fire pits.

    Using CDK - add ASR (recommendations) - advisor approves ASR - parts orders approved ASR.

    Working on personal cars is permitted while clocked in with a repair order written

    Built in Snap-On Tool Boxes, In Ground Lifts, 2 alignment machines, 2 tire machines, outside bay for pressure washing engine and under carriage, new parts washer

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We send technicians to Lexus training courses and online training courses. Shop Foreman is Lexus renowned for his knowledge and is a shop teacher at a local college - he continually trains our technicians on the newest tools and diagnostic techniques

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    Oppurtunity to move from porter/car wash to lube tech to Lexus Certified tech to Master Certified/Team Leader to Diagnostic Specialist/Shop Foreman or a move to the service department as a Service Advisor.

    Monthly review of re-checks, productivity and recommendations with the Shop Foreman and Service Director

    Safety training is provided by KPA online for everyone

    Lube Tech/Apprentice work next to Senior and Master Technicians to assist in inspections and with any questions. Weekly help from the Lube Techs to mentor and help growth

    Our Shop Foreman is a local teacher at a college and we help donate cars and equipment to local college for furthering education

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $54,000 - $150,000/year

    • Classified as a Master Technician and has successfully completed all manufacturer and company required training. • Meets all Master Tech requirements as described by Lexus • Requires 7 years or more as a manufacturer certified dealership technician. • Holds 8 ASE certifications – Including L1 (A1-A8) • Able to teach and mentor others • Able to work directly with Factory FTS • Able to coordinate activities with the Diagnostic Specialist • Maintain a perspective on operations consistent with managements overall goals for the department

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $54,000 - $120,000/year

    • Classified as a Certified or Senior Certified Technician and has successfully completed all manufacturer and company required training. • Meets all Certified tech requirements • Requires 2 years or more as a manufacturer certified dealership technician. • Holds a minimum of 2 - 4 ASE certifications (A1-A8) • Proficient at minor repairs major repairs including; engine repairs and transmission replacements

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $54,000 - $90,000/year

    • Must possess mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the necessary skills to become a qualified technician. Primary function will be express service. • Requires 2 years or more as an automotive technician • Proficient at minor maintenance • Proficient at vehicle inspection and reporting additional work recommendations • Proficient at mounting and balancing tires

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $32,640 - $54,000/year

    • Must possess mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the necessary skills to become a qualified technician. Primary function will be express service, tires and alignments.

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour

    Apprentice program starting from no experience to lube tech experience

Retirement Plan Offered Administered by Fidelity Investments, all employees are eligible to participate in the Plan upon hire. There is no waiting period! Contributions are made voluntarily by employees through payroll deductions each pay period. The company will match a portion of your contributions dollar-for-dollar immediately upon contributing to the Plan.
Sick Leave Offered All employees receive 3 sick days every calendar year.
Vacation Offered Regular full-time employees accrue paid vacations in accordance with the following policy: 0-6 months no accrual 6 months-1 year 5 days (40 hours) 2-4 years 10 days per year (80 hours) 5 years-or more 15 days per year (120 hours)

ST / LT Disability Offered Group Long-Term Disability -If your disability extends beyond 90 days, the employer-paid LTD coverage pays a monthly benefit of 60% of your monthly salary, up to maximum of $10,000 per month. Pre-existing condition excluded. You can also purchase additional coverage.
Life Insurance Offered In the event of your death, life insurance will provide your family members or other beneficiaries with financial protection and security. If your death is a result of an accident or if you become dismembered, your AD&D may apply. Employer Paid Term Life and AD&D: - Life insurance: Death benefit paid to your beneficiaries is a fixed amount of $50,000. - AD&D: Up to 1x annual salary to a maximum of $150,000 You can also purchase additional coverage.
