Business is open Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 pm. Shift is constant with shop hours, with a 1 hour lunch break. No weekends!
Big tools and some specialty tools are provided, as well as air hoses, brake parts cleaner and degreaser. Diagnostic computers are provided, including Opus drive pro, Ford IDS, and Snap On Solus edge. All hand tools and general mechanics tools should be provided by the technician.
Microwave, Fridge, Seating and Tables. We also have cold water in the shop.

Shop Foreman Diagnoses Vehicle -> Service & Parts Specialist organizes quote and receives customer approval -> Service & Parts Specialist orders approved parts for service.
We do not offer any side work at the facility.
Many of our vendors offer continued training, and we also have access to all of Ford's coursework. For those who want to continue their education we are happy to accommodate.
Our shop is an excellent environment for a well motivated technician. If the right technician would like to advance their careers there may be opportunities down the road for that person.
At our shop, this is a fairly informal process and mostly focuses on newer hires. We discuss progress, if goals are being hit, and where to go going forward.
Good Common Sense, but no formal safety training is required.
The shop foreman mentors technicians with his knowledge and experience. He will be available to answer any questions, and when time permits, do some side-by-side work.
We work with various other businesses and organizations in the Knoxville area for fundraising opportunities such as: The Scarecrow Foundation, Manna House and Susannah's House, and the Compassion Coalition.
