Parts are ordered by the technicians as well as service advisor depending on situation. Parts ordered by 9:30 AM are typically in by next day.
Technicians are permitted to work on their own vehicles with an open repair order and not during working shift. Friends and families’ vehicles are run through shop as a normal customers vehicle.
Training is available from entry level Express Techs to Main Shop Technicians. Online and offsite manufacturer training with classroom and practical application offered as well. We pay for A.S.E. Certification reimbursement.
We always look to promote from within and train staff as leaders. If our staff would like to grow into different roles/departments, we will work with them on a training plan.
We are developing a program based on True Video performance, training attainment and productivity.
In house and online safety training is provided.
Our more seasoned technicians will help new techs learn the ropes. We encourage younger techs to ask questions, and to not be afraid of seeking help.
We always try to help our community when possible, whether it be sponsoring events or working with schools.
We are creating relationships with the local high school, as well as the two technical training schools in Tampa.

We initially spend some time talking with them, followed by a tour of the shop and an introduction to the GM. We then have the candidate speak to an appropriate tech that somewhat matches their demographics for a better relationship-building experience. Finally, we spend additional time answering any questions and talking about benefits and why they should come to work with us.
