The shop is heated but not air conditioned. We do have good air flow through the shop and have fans that help circulate air throughout the day.
At full capacity we have 12 technicians on site and three to four advisors.
We are open from 7:30am to 6:00pm during the week and 8:00am to 3:00pm on weekends
The shop provides special service tools from Kia along with all the normal equipment needed to repair vehicles. Individuals are responsible for their own tools and box.
We have a breakroom with sink and microwave with plenty of seating for staff.

We use xtime Inspect to communicate between technicians, advisors and parts.
Side work is not allowed on site due to insurance reasons
We offer the Matrix program for our on boarding technicians and offer continued on site education.
Technicians can move up from lube tech to master tech with available Kia training and onsite training with master tech. Advisors can be advanced to different management positions throughout the company.
Reviews are perform once a year with the employee reviewing themselves and then with their manager.
All needed safety training is performed in dealership.
Master technician works with younger techs to help develop their skills. Master technician is also available to guide all technicians with needed diagnostics.
We support our school system academically and through the sports programs.
We are involved with the technical schools in the area and have a member of our management team on the oversight committee.
We are a growing shop that has seen incredible growth in the last year and see no reason for the growth not to continue. Our goal is to continue our 40% growth year over year this year and 10-15% growth for the next 5 years.
We have a paper app, and a online app through the website. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Yes, sometimes we do ask questions over the phone before the in person interview.
The candidate will go to the dealership, and meet with the Service Manager and or Manager for that position.
