    AFTER INSPECTION & RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ENTERED INTO TECH ASSIGNED TABLET, IT GETS FORWARD TO PARTS WHICH GETS THE PART & PRICE ENTERED & THEN GETS FORWARD TO SERVICE ADVISOR, SERVICE ADVISOR SELLS THE WORK & GETS APPROVED AT WHICH POINT PART WILL ORDER PART IF NOT IN STOCK

    GREAT TEAM, LARGE VOLUME OF USED & HIGH LINE CARS THAT GETS RUN THROUGH SHOP BEFORE BEING RETAILED ON LOT. NEVER SHORT OF WORK

    We offer the Matrix program for our on boarding technicians and offer continued on site education.

    After all on line test are taken We send you to KIA in school classes With the opportunity to work your way all the way up to Master Tech level

    We strive to communicate individual feedback on a consistent and daily basis. More formal reviews can happen at 6- or 12-month intervals and review a variety of metrics including fix right the first time, tech efficiency, attitude, attendance, and other key business focuses as required

  • What type of safety training is required?

    On line course

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    Lower level tech are teamed up with more experienced techs to mentor

    We are locally owned and operated, and we are actively seeking out new ways to support our local communities.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We work with local schools seeking job placement, our recruiting team often attends or hosts outreach events. We enjoy supporting and participating with advisory boards at local trade schools.

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    We are just about at our shop max. & are currently looking for a second location to expand

  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    We have a paper app, and a online app through the website. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes.

    Yes, sometimes we do ask questions over the phone before the in person interview.

    The candidate will go to the dealership, and meet with the Service Manager and or Manager for that position.
