All Kia MFG Specific tools including computers and diagnostic software, flush machines, Hunter in ground alignment racks, Hunter tire machines and balancer. Technicians are expected to have their own hand tools.
Climate controlled with fridge, microwave, coffee, water, ice and sink.

We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
New state of the art shop. Alignment checks in service drive and a quickly growing market.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

Flat Rate Kia Certified Technician working towards Master certification.
Flat rate technician with some experience and working towards Kia certifications.
Entry Leve Technician able to perform L.O.F. and minor maintenance looking to progress to line technician.
