M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM S 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays are on rotation.
We supply all Mercedes Benz MFG Specialty tools including computers and diagnostic software. We provide built-in tool boxes. Technicians are expected to have their own hand tools.
Beautiful, climate controlled break room with fridges and microwaves. We provide a Male and a Female locker room for technicians.

Parts are ordered by the technician electronically and picked up at shop back counter.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
We are a drama-free shop with many lunches provided for our technicians. We foster a family feel and offer training to all of our technicians.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.
Monthly safety meetings. On-line safety training at hire. Safety committee on site.
Our senior technicians are afforded the opportunity to mentor new and upcoming techs.
All Lithia stores are very involved in community events. Lithia Motors Inc. has great national community involvement including Lithia 4 Kids.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
