All three facilities operate with a full staff of highly trained service professionals, parts specialists, and over the road technicians. We have a dedicated parts team for ordering parts for our technicians. They order parts for each job and assist with staging them in the technicians bay. We order parts from our vendors and our own parts inventory.
No side work allowed in our facility. Working on your personal vehicles is allowed, if approved by the Director of Service.
We specialize in municipal and contractor equipment. Not every day is the same. We have a great family feel team that works well together between departments.
All of our manufacturers offer continuing education classes both in person and online. Attendance of these are all company paid.
As a growing company, we are always looking for internal employees to advance as we grow with their experience. We encourage employees to grow professionally to set themselves up for advancement within our company. As new positions become available, we pride ourselves from promoting from within.
We conduct annual reviews with every employee. These reviews are based on fulfilling the requirements of the job description, personal development, supervisor feedback, and employee feedback.
We require safety training on all shop and equipment procedures. These trainings are conducted internally. We also hold safety meetings with our PEO provider.
Our seasoned Technicians, Service Manager, and our Director of Service train and mentor younger techs by working with them on projects and showing them best practices on working on the different pieces of equipment we bring through our doors.
We work on a lot of municipal equipment that keeps our communities streets, sewers, and water clean and clear. We participate in a lot of community events either directly or with adding our equipment to parades and show and tells for students.

The employee can pick from 6 plans offered ranging in deductible, co-insurance, and monthly cost to the employee. Key Equipment covers 75% of the monthly and annual cost. |
