If you are an Automotive Technician that takes pride in doing your work right the first time, we would love to speak with you. We are a dealer group that has been in business since 1965 with the highest levels of customer retention for our brand. We are seeking to increase the number of automotive technicians based upon increased workflow. Experience levels may vary.     Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM Thursday 7:30AM-7:00PM Every 3rd Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    Specialty tools required by infiniti will be supplied by shop

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Locker room/ break room / bathroom

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    11 lifts / 1 sticker bay / 1 alignment bay

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    1500

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Electronic multi-point/ordering system (Dealerlogix), parts are ordered by technician through program

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Personal vehicles only allowed after hours for small repairs with approval of SM and GM

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    Factory training with intro to the Infiniti brand, Kelly Automotive/facility/in house tools training, ASE prep and testing, Master status prep and training.

    In house training on equipment safety, proper usage and handling of shop equipment and chemicals, general processes and procedures for shop etiquette and safety

It is not uncommon for a customer to request a specific technician based upon quality of work, relationship and consistency of good work done

    Pay Range: $75,000 - $110,000/year

    flat rate based pay $28-$32 an hour

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000/year

    flat rate based pay $22-$28 an hour

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $48,000 - $65,000/year

    hourly rate $17-$21

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $48,000/year

    hourly rate $15-$17
