  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    Our shop is heated and comfortable with fans in the summer

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    We currently have a team of 14 technicians

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday: Closed

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    Technicians are required to bring their own tools

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Comfortable break room with heat and AC, also including a refrigerator and microwave

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    12 Mechanical bays 3 Express bays

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    2,500

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    The Parts Department and Service Advisors handle all parts ordering, as well as accessories, as this is also common at Kalispell Toyota.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Side work is not allowed but you may work on your personal vehicle after hours and on Saturdays

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    We value working together as a team and keeping the same small town feel in our dealership!

    We cover the cost of all Toyota instructor led training and ASE testing

    We complete daily hour tracking for all flat rate technicians as well as monthly reviews

    Hazardous material training is required, which is provided by the dealership

    We have incentives for our Master Technicians to train Apprentice Technicians. Together we will set and continually improve service and operational standards

    Kalispell Toyota is actively involved in many community events as the support of our communities are what provides our success!

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We have a relationship with both of the local high schools to aid in curriculum. We value all ongoing education and providing opportunity for growth in your personal and professional life

    With our area growing at a rapid pace, we see ourselves in a new shop and dealership. We believe in not accepting the status quo and strive for constant improvement!

    Yes, we have an online application that usually takes less than 15 minutes to complete

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    Yes, we complete a 15-20 minute phone interview with our hiring department prior to inviting applicants to an in person interview

    Traditional question and answer style interviews with our recruitment manager and service management

    We conduct both a background check and drug screening prior to employment

    Offers and rejections are usually made within a week from your final interview
