  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    Yes we do and it takes between 5 and 10 minutes.

    Yes if they are out of town.

    The owner and Manager sit down with applicant, go over the job pay etc.

    Yes the shop is heated for winter and has swamp coolers for the Summer

    8 employees 3 of which are Master Technicians, 1 Apprentice and 4 Office Staff.

    Shop hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    Various computer scanners (Snap On autologics and Autel), and whatever speciality tools that are needed.

    A Lunch room with Refridgerator.

    5 bays

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Service Writers/Service Manager orders parts from various suppliers.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    No side work is permitted although you can use the facility for your own personal vehicles and your family.

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    We are a pretty relaxed and low stress enviroment.

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    Yes we offer Napa Auto Tech Training.

    Depends on the candidate and position applying for.

    We have weekly informal lunch meetings and annual reviews.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    Quartely Safety Meetings.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    The whole shop takes the younger tech under their wing. We provide the tech with the NAPA apprentice program.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    We do charity work with the Hands of the Carpenter which is a program that gives Single Mom's vehicles and Love Inc.

    Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000/year ($31.25 - $45.67/hr)

    We are paid Bi-weekly, Typically paid at a flat rate hour, per alldata labor guide or shop key. We are willing to explore any other pay structures if needed.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000/year ($21.63 - $31.25/hr)

    We are paid Bi-weekly, Typically paid at a flat rate hour, per alldata labor guide or shop key. We are willing to explore any other pay structures if needed.

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $26,000 - $45,000/year ($12.50 - $21.63/hr)
