15 employees are in our Service Department and the entire dealership has 35 employees.
7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm Saturdays and closed on Sundays. We have both 5 day a week and 4 day a week shifts available.

Our A Level Technicians are highly skilled employees and leaders within our Service Department. Their earnings are driven by the amount of work produced and are highly compensated. They have high level training with Jaguar Land Rover and are experts in their field.
Our B Level Technicians continue both in dealership and Jaguar Land Rover training programs. They are working on advanced diagnostic system and complete most repairs. They are progressing through their career path with the goal of becoming a A Level Technician.
Our C Level Technicians are enrolled in Jaguar Land Rover training programs and are in their early stages of becoming highly trained and skilled technicians. They have a clear career path and will receive in dealership training along with training at Jaguar Land Rover facilities throughout the US.
Our Lube Technician role is an entry level position that we use to introduce employees to service department operations. Once in this role, an employee will be put on a career path to develop into a full Service Technician.

Entry level role that requires a basic level of mechanical knowledge or aptitude. Must have a great attitude, be willing to work and ready to learn. Essential Duties • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. • Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer. • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. • Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order. • Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician. • Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools and events. • Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins. • Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor. • Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. • Keeps shop area neat and clean. • Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received. • Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. • Reports any safety issues immediately to management. • Other tasks as assigned.
