There are 2 separate Service Drives, one for Jaguar/Land Rover and one for BMW/Mini. Both shops are heated and air conditioned.
On the Jaguar/Land Rover Team there are 9 (soon to be 10) Technicians and 4 Service Advisors. On the BMW/Mini Team there are 16 Technicians and 4 Service Advisors (soon to be 6).
Jaguar/Land Rover shop hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm. Our Technicians generally work 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. We offer the flexibility of allowing our Technicians to work a shift that works better for them, for example, 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm. BMW/Mini shop hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm. Jaguar/Land Rover has built-in tool boxes, Jaguar Land Rover specialty tools, diagnostic equipment, alignment machine, tire machines and a State-of-the-Art facility. BMW/Mini has any autoship BMW specialty tool, BG brake fluid, driveline, fuel service, State-of-the-Art wheel alignment and tire machines.
All Team members have access to an air conditioned break room with food and drink available for purchase, an Achievers Television and several picnic tables outside for use as well.
Jaguar/Land Rover has 13 bays plus 1 flat stall/alignment rack. BMW/Mini has 23 shop bays.
Jaguar/Land Rover averages 400 repair orders a month. BMW/Mini averages 30 appointments a day, 150 per week and 600 per month.
Jaguar/Land Rover uses Electronic Parts Acquisition. BMW/Mini will depend on if the car is staying or leaving , parts asked for in MPI and then ordered , if needed it is VOR'd.
For both shops, immediate family only, no profit side work in the shop.
Free car washes for employees, an amazing culture with many advancement opportunities. All equipment is less than 2 years old, each technician has their own diagnostic head, battery charger and computer.
We offer paid Jaguar Land Rover Training, which includes travel expenses. H&H University (HHU) program for young adults with provided training. For BMW training is done through BMW North America and includes in-person, off-site and online training.
Large Automotive Group with advancement opportunities. On our BMW Team there have been promotions from within the Tech pool to both Shop Foreman and Service Manager.
Each Associate has an annual review where they rate and review their own performance. The Managers will also rate and review each Associates performance. They will then have a one on one meeting to review.
Standard safety training is required of all Associates and will vary depending on role.
Our Jaguar Land Rover Team has over 50 years of combined experience. Technicians are available to Mentor newer Technicians. Training periods are standard. BMW/Mini new Techs will spend 6 months with a mentor and the completion of this mentorship, they may be placed on their own with manager discretion.

Retirement Plan | Offered | Plan for retirement by contributing to a Profit Sharing (401k) Plan through VOYA Financial. Eligibility Associates are eligible to start Profit Sharing (401k) on the first of the month following their one-year anniversary. Sick Leave | Offered | Paid Personal Time (sick time) Each regular, full-time associate is allowed 32 hours of Paid Personal Time. Associates. Associates are able to use Paid Personal Time to miss work due to the death or funeral of a member of the Associate’s Immediate Family. ST / LT Disability | Offered | Short Term Disability (company paid) When life hands you the unexpected illness or injury, we have a way to offer a safety net so you can keep your household running. Eligibility Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect disability coverage. If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period. Coverage With the H&H Paycheck Safety Net,, you will receive 60% of your compensation up to $1,500 per week. Coverage begins on the 8th day of inability to work and provides overage for up to 90 days. What It Costs H&H covers the cost for this benefit for our Associates. Long Term Disability Illness and injuries happen, and sometimes it results in unanticipated time off from work. H&H offers both short and long-term disability through Guardian to provide income protection while you are unable to work. Coverage Options For Associates: Policies are available in amounts between $10,000 to $250,000, in increments of $10,000.
