  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $62,400 - $130,000/year

    (Master Technician) • Classified as a Honda Master Technician is one who achieves and maintains 100% of all manufacturer’s Self Studies Training, has successfully completed at minimum 90% of the manufacturer’s instructor led training requirements and all company required training. • Requires 8 years or more as a manufacturer certified dealership technician. (Journeyman Technician) • Classified as a Honda Journeyman Technician is one who achieves and maintains 100% of all manufacturer’s Self Studies Training, has successfully completed at minimum 45% of the manufacturer’s instructor led training requirements and all company required training. • Requires 6 years or more as a manufacturer certified dealership technician.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $62,400 - $97,500/year

    (Certified Technician) Hourly • Classified as a mid-level Honda Technician is one who achieves and maintains 100% of all manufacturer’s Self Studies Training, has successfully completed at minimum 35% of the instructor led manufacturer’s instructor led training requirements and all company required training. • Requires 4 years or more as a manufacturer certified dealership technician.

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $62,400 - $75,000/year

    (Non- Certified Technician) • Classified as a mid-level automotive Technician or performs only as a dedicated non-certified used vehicle technician. • Requires 2 years or more as an automotive technician

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $31,195 - $35,350/year

    (Entry-Level Technician) • Must possess mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the necessary skills to become a qualified technician. Formal technical education and/or training is preferred. Primary function will be express service. (Tire Technician) • Must possess mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the necessary skills to become a qualified technician. Primary function will be tire installations.

Retirement Plan Offered Administered by Fidelity Investments, all employees are eligible to participate in the Plan upon hire. There is no waiting period! Contributions are made voluntarily by employees through payroll deductions each pay period. The company will match a portion of your contributions dollar-for-dollar immediately upon contributing to the Plan.
Sick Leave Offered All employees receive 3 sick days every calendar year.
Vacation Offered Regular full-time employees accrue paid vacations in accordance with the following policy: 0-6 months no accrual 6 months-1 year 5 days (40 hours) 2-4 years 10 days per year (80 hours) 5 years-or more 15 days per year (120 hours)

ST / LT Disability Offered Group Long-Term Disability -If your disability extends beyond 90 days, the employer-paid LTD coverage pays a monthly benefit of 60% of your monthly salary, up to maximum of $10,000 per month. Pre-existing condition excluded. You can also purchase additional coverage.
Life Insurance Offered In the event of your death, life insurance will provide your family members or other beneficiaries with financial protection and security. If your death is a result of an accident or if you become dismembered, your AD&D may apply. Employer Paid Term Life and AD&D: - Life insurance: Death benefit paid to your beneficiaries is a fixed amount of $50,000. - AD&D: Up to 1x annual salary to a maximum of $150,000 You can also purchase additional coverage.
Uniforms Offered Uniforms will be ordered in your size upon hire.
