  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    The shop is heated via oil burn furnaces and cooled with speed controlled "Big Ass Fans."

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    We currently have five technicians with plans for expansion in the very near future.

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Our shop hours are 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday (No Saturdays!)

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    We provide the essential tools required by Chrysler as well as all the necessary tire equipment and strut compressor.

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    We provide a break room with full sized refrigerator, microwave, dining table/chairs, kitchen style cabinets and sink.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    We have 10 bays with plans for expansion in the very near future.

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    We generate approx. 400 repair orders a month

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Factory special order parts orders are made on a daily basis as needed. We also utilize three aftermarket parts stores when necessary.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    We do not condone side work in the shop but what you do on your own time at your residence is your business so long as it does not interfere with your employment here.

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    Training is always encouraged, both as in-house learning through shadowing and through online platforms. For outside training technicians are interested in, the shop will cover costs such as travel and lodging. We will pay for training, including ASE certifications.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We always look to promote from within. At our shop, we have technicians who have been promoted into service advisors and service managers.

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    We conduct a 90 day performance review for new hires, and then follow with a 6 month and 1 year review.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We continuously review safety at the shop with our team members, and manufacturer training is also provided.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We have seasoned technicians who are available to support and guide new technicians, whether it's answering questions or providing feedback on their work.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    We try to support our community when possible, including many different sponsorships.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We work with local tech schools for job shadowing opportunities, and have even hired students to join our team!

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    We hope to be continuing to grow our business and add new team members to get the work done!

  • Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

    Training - will pay for ASEs/ training, if a tech wants to grow skills shop will help make that happen.

  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    We have an online application that takes only about 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    Yes

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    During an in-person interview we will meet with the candidate to find out about their work experience, skills, and career interests. It will also be a chance for the candidate to ask questions and get to know us. This lasts about 20-30 minutes.

  • Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

    There are none for technicians, but potentially may be for other roles such as Service Advisor.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    This is done verbally during the interview process.

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    Usually about 2-3 days at the maximum.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    Usually about 4-5 days at the maximum.

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $150,000/year

    Compensation is flat rate and based on experience and efficiency. As an A Level Technician, you can make over $100,000/year! We utilize an efficiency bonus based on weekly production. The higher the efficiency percentage the higher the hourly compensation! Our pay plans for technicians are very aggressive! We pay top dollar for top techs!

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $58,000 - $72,000/year

    Compensation is flat rate and based on experience and efficiency. As an B Level Technician, you can make $50,000 - $75,000+ annually! We utilize an efficiency bonus based on weekly production. The higher the efficiency percentage the higher the hourly compensation! Our pay plans for technicians are very aggressive! We pay top dollar for top techs!

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $50,000/year

    Compensation is flat rate and based on experience and efficiency. As an C Level Technician, you can expect to make between $30,000 - $50,000+ annually! We utilize an efficiency bonus based on weekly production. The higher the efficiency percentage the higher the hourly compensation!

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $25,000 - $35,000/year

    Compensation is flat rate and based on experience and efficiency. As a Lube Technician, you can make between $25,000 - $35,000+ annually! We utilize an efficiency bonus based on weekly production. The higher the efficiency percentage the higher the hourly compensation! We train our lube technicians to grow into future line technicians.

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $40,000 - $80,000/year

    Compensation is commission based with a salary base. Monthly bonuses based on performance.
