Our team size is 15 employees.
Shop hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
We have several up to day scanners that are used by all technicians. We also provide access to multiple specialty tools and hand tools.
We have a full kitchen that is used as a break room.

We have a parts manager that is in charge of ordering parts for each invoice.
We prefer our technicians do not perform side work outside of work for immediate family.
Our shop is one of the cleanest you will find. We have a full time staff member that focuses on cleaning.
We offer multiple training classes for skill development and continued education throughout the year.
We have multiple levels of technicians on staff. There is opportunity to move up in technician level based on ability and skill.
Performance is based on production without mistakes or comebacks. We know no one is perfect, but effort goes a long way.
Basic tool use and safety knowledge. No formal training is required.
Our tech work together to figure out problem vehicles. We have not taken on any mentorships recently due to volume of work.
We perform repairs for several local outreach programs.
We are not currently working with any trade schools or high schools.
I would like to see the shop thriving continuing to service multiple fleet and non fleet customers.
We have a generic application that takes about 10 minutes to complete
We do not typically phone screen applicants.
Our in-person interviews entail a tour of the facility, a brief description of how our work flows, and a personal interview with David Hobbs.
We do not typically do any drug screening or formal background checks.
We like to have an applicant come and work beside a lead technician for 1-2 days before officially hiring them.
The wait time after an in-person interview is 3-5 days.
The hiring process will take about 2 weeks from application to decision.
Diagnose and repair multiple makes and models of gas powered cars and truck.
Change oil and do basic diagnosis of vehicle that come thru our lube bay. Also perform minor repairs such as tire changes and battery replacement.
Prep, repair, and paint all types of vehicles.
