The shop is heated, but does not have air conditioning.
The Service Team has 20 members. There are 5 Service Advisors, 14 Technicians, a Shop Foreman, a Service Lane Manager and a Service Manager.
Shop hours are 7am to 6pm. Team members work shifts of 7am to 5pm or 8am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Any KIA specialty tools and jacks are provided.
Large breakroom with a TV provided. There is a mini Marketplace where associates can purchase snacks and drinks.
20 bays.
Shop averages 1150 repair orders each month.

Retirement Plan | Offered | Plan for retirement by contributing to a Profit Sharing (401k) Plan through VOYA Financial. Eligibility Associates are eligible to start Profit Sharing (401k) on the first of the month following their one-year anniversary. You will be contacted via email to attend a Profit Sharing (401k) meeting prior to your anniversary. Plan Options Under this plan, you have the option to contribute through Pre-Tax and Post-Tax deferrals. Company match is reviewed on annual basis. For 2022, H&H will match $0.50 on the dollar with a maximum company contribution of $1,500 per year. Sick Leave | Offered | Paid Personal Time (sick time) Each regular, full-time associate is allowed 32 hours of Paid Personal Time. Associates. Paid Personal Time allowed may be used only for sick days, medical appointments, and time off to care for ill or injured dependents. Associates are able to use Paid Personal Time to miss work due to the death or funeral of a member of the Associate’s Immediate Family. If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period. Coverage With the H&H Paycheck Safety Net,, you will receive 60% of your compensation up to $1,500 per week. Coverage Options For Associates: Policies are available in amounts between $10,000 to $250,000, in increments of $10,000. Uniforms | Offered | Technicians will be provided with two weeks worth of uniforms. H&H Automotive will collect a deposit from each Technician of $120.00. This deposit will be divided over 4 weekly payrolls or 2 semi-monthly payrolls, depending on position. |

As part of the Team, you will work in our fast-paced environment ensuring that Customer vehicles are repaired and serviced correctly while in the shop, cleanliness procedures are followed, and drive cycles and post-repair checklists are completed accurately. This is a great position for someone wanting to grow their Automotive career as a Technician, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor. The Role: The Quality Control Technician will ensure all Customer vehicles are repaired and serviced properly and post repair checklists are complete and accurate before the vehicle leaves the shop. *Road-Test vehicles and perform visual inspections. *Log quality control checks in Dealertrack. *Using very detailed descriptions of steps taken to QC the vehicle. *Log all failed QC Checks on separate spread sheet, and review with Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
