The fleet is made up of buses from 30 foot to 60 ft chassis’. Our shop's are completely paperless utilizing iPads for work orders. Shops are heated and air-conditioned. Specialty tools and diagnostic systems are provided. Training and testing for ASEs are provided and paid for. In-house maintenance trainer and 40 hours of training are paid yearly. 24/7 Shop hours. The majority of our shifts are 4 – 10s and either Sunday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Saturday. There are 3 shifts 06:00 – 16:30 14:00 – 00:30 20:00 – 06:30

Yes, we have an online application that can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes to complete. We are a DOT employer so the application may seem a little lengthy, but we are always happy to assist. You can even complete the application on a computer in our shop.
A manager may ask you a few questions over the phone when they schedule you for an interview, but most questions are saved for the in-person interview.
You will meet face-to-face with our Maintenance Manager who will ask you questions from a structured interview guide. Interviews take at least 30 minutes to complete.
We do have a background check and drug screening process once you accept a job offer.
No skills assessments are performed.
You should hear back within a few days of your interview. If you are still waiting on an answer after a week, call or email the manager and they will follow up with you.
Depending on where the manager is with reviewing and interviewing candidates, it should take about one week from the time you submit an application to the time a hiring decision is made.
