Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.

All Ford Mfg. specialty tools including laptops and diagnostic software. Technicians are expected to have their own hand and air tools and tool box.

Tech submits parts req and quote to advisor, after work is sold parts can be ordered by tech or advisor and picked up from parts counter.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.

Flat Rate Tech should have Ford certs, ASE's and NYS Inspector's license. Tech should be fluent in transmissions, engines and electrical diagnostics.
