Our giant, state-of-the-art shop is heated and air conditioned.
8 lube techs, 2 apprentice techs, 13 main line techs.
M - F 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shifts : 7 - 4, 8 - 5 S 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM rotational.
We provide all Mopar MFG specialty tools including computers and diagnostic software. Basic tools available for new lube techs. Technicians are expected to have their own tools and box.
Beautiful, large break room with fridge, microwave, tv's and vending. Locker rooms provided.

We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
Flat Rate Level III Mopar certified technician or very experienced Level II Able to repair and diagnose. Sign on/Relocation available for A level techs at manager's discretion.
Flat Rate. Level II Certified Technician. Experienced and able to do heavy line repairs.
Flat Rate. Experienced technician working towards ASE's and Mopar certifications. On the job training provided.
Commission based pay plan based on experience and production.
