18 flat rate technicians 4 express technicians
Monday - Friday 7am-6pm (Flexible schedules based on experience) 7am - 4pm or 9:30am - 6pm Saturdays - 7am - 3pm Rotation on Saturdays
Technicians are required to purchase own tools but we provide all scan tools, testers and other heavy tools. Express technicians are provided with starter set of tools
1 break room facility for the whole dealership includes a fridge, tables, microwave, snack machines etc. We also have a locker room facility.

Technician will go to the parts department with what they need for the job, parts department then will call and order parts.
Side work is not allowed
Yes, we send our technicians to Honda trainings, and provide State Inspection and Emissions licenses to all technicians.
Technicians with less experience start as express technicians or apprentices and can move into more skilled technicians roles up to shop foreman. Technicians also have the opportunity to move into service advisor/ parts positions. We prefer to promote from within when possible.
Meetings are completed every month to make sure technicians are on track to meet their quarterly raise.
We provide a handbook that details requirements.
Our Shop Foreman and other more experienced technicians mentors our younger less skilled technicians. We provide plenty of support to our technicians.
As a dealership we are involved with local sports teams, police departments, food banks, local high schools, and churches with donations and take part in local festivals and fairs.
We donate money to local schools and sports teams, we are also on advisory committees at local technical school. We also began a tuition reimbursement program, career fairs, and presentations with local schools as well.
We have room for continuing growth at all levels of our business, and looking to add technicians to all of our teams. We also see steady growth for overall business going forward.

Flat Rate with Quarterly raise opportunities Our A level technicians will have a minimum of 10 yrs experience and require no certifications but should be expected to do all types of repairs that come into the shop.
