We have an open air, shop with a roof. Cooled by the sea breeze and you're in San Diego, you don't have to worry about the cold!
We have 7 teams of 3 technicians each.
M - F 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM S 7:00AM - 5:00 PM
All Honda MFG Specialty tools including computers and diagnostic software. Tools provided for lube techs. Line techs are expected to have their own tools and box.

Techs can either request parts electronically through DMS or visit back parts counter.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
We are a busy, team-oriented shop in beautiful, sunny, San Diego!
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.
Monthly safety meetings. On-line safety training at hire. Safety committee on site.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

Flat Rate Honda Certified in 5 areas. Min. of 1 ASE certification. Greater than 100% proficiency in CP repairs. Our Technicians work in teams of 3.
Entry level technician able to perform L.O.F. and basic maintenance. On the job training and certification provided to the right candidate.
