Yes, our shop is fully climate controlled.
Our typical team ranges from 3-10 employees based on department.
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays off.
All diesel technicians will be required to have a basic set of tools and box. Any specialty tools are provided by the company.
Our break room includes a refrigerator, microwave, ice & water. Coffee is provided for all employees.
We have multiple departments to include; Disassembly Staging Machine Shop Injection Shop Assembly (Build Room) Parts Sales Service
Our company produces, on average, 25 remanufactured engines per week.
All parts request are submitted to and filled by the parts department.
We have no policy on side work, though all employees will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire.
All eligible employees are offered the opportunity to receive OEM training and certifications. All training is paid for by the company, including online and in person training.
Employees are offered the opportunity to increase their skills, knowledge and responsibilities within the company. On occasion, eligible employees may be given the opportunity to cross-train in other disciplines.
Employees are reviewed after the initial 90 day probation period and an annually thereafter.

Each new technician will be partnered with an experienced technician during the initial 90 day probation period. They will work side by side with the experienced technician in order to learn company procedures and processes.

Our in person interviews typically take 30 minutes and include: a detailed description of the job duties, a tour of the facility and/or potential department, a verification of information provided by applicants resumé or application, and an opportunity to answer any questions an applicant may have.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the repair, service and remanufacture of diesel engines. Should be able to explain the operation of a diesel engine & identify all engine components. Employee will be placed with an experienced mentor and trained in company process & procedures in order to complete initial training. Knowledge of diagnostic software, electrical wiring diagrams & common rail fuel systems or OEM certifications/technical training a plus.

Candidates for this position should have 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast paced warehousing environment. Must be able to accurately interpret parts diagrams and possess a high level of attention to detail. Candidate must be proficient in the operation of forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Certification preferred.

A Level Machinist Technician Candidates for this position must have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine shop. Vocational school or apprenticeship preferred.
